The hotel connects directly to the city center shopping mall. That includes a carrefour hypermarket. the room was visited regularly by housekeeping staff and it was always cleaned well. i found the staff to be very professional and attentive. the breakfast buffet featured many varieties of food.
the pillows were not comfortable and i experienced some backache after a few days.

The reception staff was helpful during check-in, and the concierge assisted with directions. They were always smiling. the hotel also provided a prompt room service. The staff was attentive. i received great service.

the room featured a king-sized bed, a tv, and a mini-fridge stocked with beverages. the bathroom included a separate shower and tub. the room also had blackout curtains that ensured a good night's sleep.

The olive oil restaurant provided an excellent breakfast buffet with many choices. i tried the rawche lounge services. The bar man was friendly! the food options catered to different tastes.

The hotel has direct access to the city center mall. That makes shopping very easy. the metro station is very close! the location was perfect, though the parking was expensive.

I loved the prime location. it provided easy access to various restaurants through a direct exit to a mall. i also found it very convenient for sightseeing because one of the city tour bus stops is right in front of the mall. the room was spacious. It offered a fine view. the large bathroom added to the comfort.
However any chance of sleeping was destroyed. Noisy night club music was banging until late. i am not sure why it's necessary. it was massively loud even up on the 38th floor.

The hotel's central location is quite convenient. direct access to the mall made metro travel very easy. the extensive breakfast menu was appreciated. There were many choices offered.
The nightclub music was excessively loud late into the night. it was difficult to sleep on the 38th floor. I'm unsure why that level of noise is necessary.
